Q. What are the hosting requirements for twindeXator installation?

A. There aren’t any hosting requirements. You don’t need to install anything and you don’t even need to have any hosting. twindeXator is a software program running on our servers.

Q. Which browser is better to use for working with twindeXator?

A. We tested twindeXator’s work in all major browsers: FireFox, IE8, Chrome, Opera, Safari. The interface might not work correctly in IE7. Our choise is Iron which is probably the best browser for working with any web script.

Q. How do I pay?

A. Payments are made on a monthly subscription basis via PayPal. You can pay with credit card via PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Q. Do you provide a moneyback guarantee?

A. As you have a chance to fully test twindeXator for 5 days during the trial period, we do not offer a moneyback guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the 5 day trial, just cancel your subscription before the trial ends and you will not be billed the monthly fee.

Q. What if I miss one monthly payment?

A. PayPal collects your payments once a month automatically. If you don’t have enough funds in your PayPal account or on your credit card on the payment due date, or if you have canceled your subscription, we will suspend your account until we receive payment.
PayPal reattempts to collect the payment twice; 3 and 9 days after the day on which the recurring payment failed. Of course, you don’t need to wait for PayPal to attempt the payment again; you can simply make a manual payment. Your subscription menu is located in “Profile -> My preapproved payments” in your PayPal account panel.
If we don’t receive payment within 10 days from the due date, your account and all its data will be permanently deleted from our database.

Q. Why I see “There are no free slots” message instead of subscription form on the Try Now page?

A. Each of our servers can host a limited number of twindeXator users. We try to always have a certain surplus of servers capacity, but it might occur a situation when no slots are available before we set up a new server. For example, when we have many new trial users at once.
In such case, please send us your email and we will send you a notice as soon as we have new server online.

Q. Where can I get good reliable proxies?

A. You don’t need to get any proxy. We use our own network of SOCKS proxies. At least 5,000 proxies are available in any moment!

Q. Where can I get Twitter accounts in quantities?

A. Once you buy twindeXator, you get access to Private Forum where we share this information and provide resources.
